Game Add/Change Form
Game Add/Change Procedure
- Each week the referee assignor will send Director of Hockey Operations a list of games on Monday for the upcoming weekend, hockey ops will send list to all clubs for their review
- The clubs will review and have until Wednesday at 4pm to get us any game changes for that week.
- If any game changes come in after 4pm on Wednesday - there will be a $25 fine and no guarantee of assigned officials
- Any changes/cancellations must be approved by the home/away club before being sent to league scheduler - 7 days prior to the scheduled game and sent in using the online form
Change of procedure for game changes for the time being. All game changes MUST be emailed to me and the other team copied. Once I receive it, I will reply back to you that it has been completed. At that time the officials will be copied and they will also add to their schedule and confirm. Again DO NOT use the online form - it is not working the way I had hoped and Crossbar is working on a solution but no time frame. I am disabling that form now. Thank you!!!
